Concentration Is Everything!

This video contains a great lesson about the importance of concentration when trading.

As you’ll see, I accidentally gave a live demonstration of what happens when your mind isn’t totally focussed on the trade in hand!

Such a mishap was bound to happen, and is the reason I only trade small size when videoing my trades.

Day trading doesn’t take up much time in a day, but during those couple of hours we are in front of our charts, staying focussed is of paramount importance.
