Disappointing Trading Day
I value my free time above all else. That’s why I took up trading in the first place. That’s why I enjoy teaching others to trade – to give them the same kind of time freedom I enjoy. So for me a bad day is when I have to trade past about 11am in order to make my daily target. Today was such a day!
It’s my own fault – I started late. As with so many things, preparation in trading is key. That means pre-market homework can’t be rushed. Day trading stocks gives us thousands of possibilities every day, and pre-market homework is all about narrowing those down to the best potentials for the session ahead. Normally, I’d do that around 8:30 – 9am, but I didn’t get going until about 9:30 this morning – whoops!
Anyway, here’s the video of todays trades…it was a long slow session, but you get the highlights compressed into just under eight minutes
